By car
Head to Bridgend Industrial Estate and look for Kingsway / Cheapside — Physica Fitness sits in the Kingsway Buildings.
There are several industrial-estate roads and nearby car parks, so it’s fairly easy to reach from the main roads.
By public transport
By public transport
From Bridgend railway station: a short taxi ride or a short bus/taxi from the station will get you to Bridgend Industrial Estate.
Once in the industrial estate area, follow signs to “Cheapside / Kingsway.”
As shown on the picture, where the lorry is located, if you go thorugh those gates and drive down to the end, we are located on the right.
The clinic is located inside Physica fitness Bridgend. Please enter through the main entrance shown in this photo, you will then see the clinic located at the back of the gym on the left hand side, if you are waiting for your appointment feel free to take a seat and i will come and get you for your appointment.
