No, you don’t need a GP or medical referral. You can book directly.
No. While I work with active individuals and sports-related injuries, I also treat non-athletes with everyday aches, pains, and movement-related issues.
Your first appointment includes a full assessment of your injury or concern, discussion of your goals, and appropriate treatment where suitable. You’ll also receive advice and a clear plan for rehabilitation or next steps.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Shorts, leggings, or loose-fitting clothing are ideal depending on the area being treated.
Appointment lengths vary depending on the service, but initial assessments are usually longer than follow-up sessions. The exact duration will be shown when booking.
In most cases, yes. If appropriate, treatment will be provided during your first appointment following assessment.
Yes. Rehabilitation and return-to-activity programmes are tailored to the individual, based on your injury, goals, and lifestyle.
At present, appointments are self-funded. If you’re unsure whether your insurance covers sports therapy, please check directly with your provider.

Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged.
